Check the COE remaining before anything else
A van with two years left and the same van with seven are not the same purchase, even at an identical price. The COE remaining sets the date of your next big decision, and that decision usually costs more than the van did. Confirm the licence class your driver actually holds
Unladen weight, not size, decides the licence class. The 2,500kg line is where a Class 3 van becomes a Class 4 vehicle, and fitted equipment counts towards it — a chiller box, a canopy or a tailgate can move a van across that line after you buy it. Inspect the body, not the mileage

Where to look once you know what you need
Browse current stock on the car marketplace, or the used vehicles collection if you already have a model in mind. Ask for the COE expiry date and the unladen weight in writing. Any honest seller will give you both.
